Homeowner Jan Larsen, NYC artist and owner of Jan Larsen Studios and the Robertson House art gallery located in Singapore needed help selling his beautiful loft-like condo in DUMBO, Brooklyn.
There was some beautiful art hanging in the halls leading to the apartment. We asked Jan if we could capture it in our content as we knew it would perfectly set the stage in showing the beauty of the condo itself, as well as point to the artistic and transformative tendencies of the neighborhood of DUMBO.

57 Front St. #302 was in great selling condition. The hardwood floors had just been refinished and the entire apartment freshly painted, but it was a completely blank slate. When you cannot professionally stage a home, an often great alternative is tasteful virtual staging. When done right, this can lead to increased buyer traffic and activity. Staged homes sell much faster and up to 20% more. For all virtually staged homes, the Saba Team creates large blown-up photos for all of our in-person showings so that buyers can envision the space furnished as they shop.

We researched the types of buyers that were likely to purchase at 57 Front Street and created a comprehensive marketing plan based on that information. We shared the marketing plan with Jan on where we planned to advertise as well as a marketing calendar of how we planned to execute each facet of our plan. Our strategy included a robust digital advertising plan across multiple social media networks.

We knew the high ceilings, natural light, balcony, common roof deck and the location were all major selling points from a buyer's perspective. So we made sure to showcase these features in our advertising to draw the buyer's attention in while maximizing traffic to the property.
